What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
This little guy, Davey, is about 4 months old. I found him and his sister (another listing - they would love to stay together!) in a tree last week, meowing. They were very scared at first, but after a weekend with love and regular food, he is a real lover. He loves to snuggle, and one of his favorite things is rolling around on the floor while I pet his belly and scratch his (enormous!) ears!
He was uncertain around our border collie at first (did not help that the dog chased the kittens, initially!), but now they touch noses and are very sweet together.
Davey and his sister stay outside, but when I open the door they come running for a little scratch and (they hope!) some kibbles. They LOVE to play on our cat scratching towers, and chase each other through the garden and up trees. In the afternoon I find them sunbathing in the mottled shade of our olive trees.
We already have four cats and cannot adopt two more. Davey would make a wonderful, loving pet!
