My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact my foster, qc.carolina@icloud.com

Meet Millie, our spirited 11-year-old foster dog who brings a delightful puppy-like energy to our lives! Despite the heavy tartar that suggests her age, Millie bounces around with the enthusiasm that would put many younger pups to shame. She does require a special environment, as she hasn`t shown positive body language towards other dogs, cats, or small children, indicating that she needs a home where she can be the star of the show. Daily exercise and mental stimulation are essential to keep her from being destructive, especially since she loves chewing. Frequent bathroom breaks are crucial, as she can have accidents indoors if not given the opportunity to go outside. Millie is quite the vocal girl, barking at any commotion outside, and she has a charming way of swatting at you for belly rubs, reminiscent of a playful cat! Additionally, she needs a dental cleaning due to her tartar, and it`s important to note a scar along her back and her tail that’s pinned to the right, both of which should be checked by a vet. While her nails may still be long post-trim, making her capable of scratching you in her excitement, her heart is just as big as her energy. If you think you can keep up with this lively senior, Millie might just be the perfect addition to your family!
