For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
On 9/14/24 Galveston and Connor were paired for cohousing. The 2 immediately hit it off and began engaging in play, wrestling, and they were both mouthy. Galveston was often submissive; Connor occasionally gave some corrections which Galveston took well. Both dogs were mouthy and wrestled, but the play appeared mutual. I would occasionally call out to them and they would stop and come to the front. I did this a few times and walked by both dogs as Connor has a history of possible barrier reactivity/redirecting, but nothing happened.
