Dollie is a one-year-old. The first thing you will notice about her is how petite she is. Dollie’s special hidden talent is that despite being so small, she has the loudest meow. Volunteers have raved about how loving she is. If Dollie were a dessert, she would be a fun-sized Milky Way bar.
