Meet Wichita!
This lovely friend is estimated to be around 3 years old. He was initially brought to HSoP as a stray and was not claimed by a previous owner. After finishing his stray holding period, Wichita is now ready to find his perfect forever home!
If we had to described Wichita in a few words, they would be: playful, outgoing, and affectionate. He's a smart boy who already knows how to sit and shake on command, and he seems so eager to make his people happy! We feel that Wichita would likely excel with continued training in his new home. He loves to be around people and is no stranger to giving "hugs" when he sees his friends.
We aren't sure how Wichita would do in a home with children, cats, or other dogs. Each adoption does come with a seven-day foster period, which can help you determine if it's a good fit for all members of the family. We also require all dogs to meet any existing dogs in the home prior to leaving HSoP.
Wichita is a lively, friendly, and happy young pup. He's full of love and can't wait to find the right home to share that love with! He's already neutered, up to date on vaccines, and will leave HSoP with a microchip containing his new owner's information.
Anyone interested in Wichita can visit him at HSoP between 2-5pm Monday through Saturday with no appointments needed. His adoption fee is $135.
