My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Scout is looking for a fur-ever home. We
we're asked to help him a couple months ago. The owner decided to try to make it work again. Unfortunately her other dog does not like Scout and it's not a safe place for him anymore.

Below is what we know about Scout

Meet Scout he is a very handsome, sweet boy. He loves to play, run and wrestle with his “siblings”. At night, he sleeps in bed with the owner. He will sleep on a dog bed in the room if you don't allow dogs in the bed. He also loves to help with cooking meals. He sits and watches while you cook and if you are cooking something dog friendly he wouldn't mind having a taste. He is 14 months old. He’s 46 lbs now, Neutered, Up to date on all shots and on Bravecto and Heartgard plus as preventatives. He goes to doggy daycare and is great with the dogs there. He lives with cats and is fine with them as well.

WHY THE OWNER SAYS HE NEEDS TO BE REHOMED.....

The reason he needs to be rehomed is sadly him and my older lab pittie mix started back in December not getting along. I tried to fix the issues and they ended up having 3 altercations. I'm worried one of these times it will be bad. I feel just awful to rehome him as I NEVER rehomed a dog before but I feel it's what's best for to two of them. I do not know why it's only that one dog that he has issues with. My other 4 dogs they all get along great. I gave the rescue a photo of them all together and as I stated he goes to doggy daycare and is fine with the other dogs there too. I really don't want him to end up in a shelter. Which is why I reached out to the rescue.

If you are interested in adopting him please send us a message or fill out an application.
