Meet Alvin! This cutie came in with his brothers - read more about them below:
Check these boys out! Theo, Garfield, and Alvin are two-month-old Domestic Shorthair kittens who work sooo hard to look this cute. It's not easy being this adorable, so this trio is often found napping and sprawled out on their bed. These boys are curious and comfortable kittens who enjoy meeting new people and figuring out new toys. They enjoy being held in your arms and playing with your hair, necklace, glasses, or anything that's attached to you! Theo, Garfield, and Alvin are microchipped, vaccinated to age, and available for foster to adopt until they're old enough to be neutered at The Babinski Foundation Animal Shelter. You can visit them at the shelter Tuesdays through Sundays from 8:30 to 5:00 PM!

We strive to ensure a safe, healthy, and loving environment that will provide temporary shelter for abandoned, stray, and surrendered animals and to find each animal a new and prosperous home.
The Babinski Foundation is a private 501c3 animal shelter located in Pequot Lakes, MN. We are a safe place to surrender dogs and cats. We also are a stray drop-off facility for stray cats and dogs.
OUR STORY
The Babinski Foundation was established in 2010 by Donald and Elizabeth Babinski owners and founders of Babinski Properties which owns multifamily housing in Minnesota, Florida and South Dakota. He and his wife Elizabeth were working tirelessly to get the animal shelter opened which was their dream, but Donald Babinski passed away August 11th, 2014 before the shelter could open. Elizabeth continued where they left off and the Foundation opened in January 2016 in Pequot Lakes, MN. Elizabeth passed away on November 13th, 2020. Donald and Elizabeth’s dream was finally realized, and Donald and Elizabeth’s surviving family and friends will continue to work hard to fulfill their mission.
