My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet twin sisters TicTac and Chiclet! These sweet girls are around 6 months old and are searching for their forever home together. TicTac and Chiclet were abandoned behind a business on a busy street and were found by a kind gentleman on his lunch. They are deeply bonded and usually together no matter what they're doing. TicTac & Chiclet are gentle, affectionate girls that love to be picked up & snuggled. They are also playful – they like to chase balls and springs and like to play with the other cats in their foster home.

Both girls are genetically deaf but are otherwise healthy & happy. TicTac & Chiclet are not bothered by their deafness - it does not impact them as they were born that way and have never known anything different. Deaf cats are quite visually attuned to their surroundings, and will acclimatize to your body language to communicate. You can learn more at the links below. It would be wonderful if they could go to an experienced cat home or a home familiar with deafness.

TicTac and Chiclet are spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, health-checked, and treated for parasites. They both tested negative for FIV/FELV. If you have room in your heart & your home for these sweet, gentle girls, contact us here, email heartstohomesfelines@gmail.com or fill out an application at https://heartstohomes.ca/cat-adoption/. Their adoption fee is $400 for the pair.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The first thing we require is completion of our Application & Agreement. It is one page, asks for a reference and requires (among other things) that you agree not to de-claw the cat, not to let the cat roam freely outdoors, and to return the cat if the adoption does not work out for any reason.

We deliver the cat upon approval of the application.

All cats are spayed/neutered/vaccinated/microchipped and adult cats are tested for FIV/FELV.
