My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stray cats are often found anywhere there is a dumpster—just trying to survive. Well, someone at a garbage facility in Paterson spotted three little faces looking at him one day. Pecan and his sisters Peggy and Pringle got scooped up and brought to safety. They were born July 8th and have turned into rolly polly fun loving kittens. They will all soon be spayed/neutered, tested, vaccinated and microchipped. If interested in adopting any of our playful “P” kittens, apply on-line at www.fowarescue.org.

Additional adoption info

Adoption fees vary, but in general dog adoption fees are $200 and up and cat fees are $125.00. These fees cover all medical costs such as routine shots, microchipping and spay/neutering of dogs as well fostering.

To qualify you must be over 18 and approved in the adoption process.

FOWA Rescue is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) (nonprofit) rescue organization based in Wayne, NJ serving the North Jersey area, dedicated to the welfare, sheltering and placement of homeless animals. We are committed to educating the public about the humane treatment of animals, preventing animal cruelty and overpopulation and promoting animal welfare.
