My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there! My name is Bea but my foster Mom calls me “Sweet Bea” or “madam squints” because she says I’m so stinking sweet and I squint when I’m smiling! I am a small girl with a big personality and whole lot of love to give.

At my foster mom's house, I currently have a cat sister and dog brother whom I get along with great. Being silly with my toys and running around the yard with my foster brother is one of my favorite things to do but my ultimate favorite is snuggles with my humans!

I am such a smart girl and I am learning really fast on leash too. I am potty trained on a schedule - and I’ve had zero accidents in the house! Did I mention I’m crate trained too, without complaining?!

Sometimes, meeting new people and going new places can be scary, but I am getting braver every single day! My foster mom thinks my confidence and good energy is infectious because I’m happy all the time and my ears are ridiculously adorable.

Nothing makes me happier than being around my people. I am the most loyal and loving girl. I would love the opportunity to be yours and show you how amazing I am and know I will absolutely steal your heart!

All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.

Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.

More about this rescue

The mission of Warrior Dog Rescue is to save the dogs that are homeless, left abandoned in shelters, are surrendered by their owners, those that are being abused and neglected, and those that are left wandering. We are committed to providing them the medical care they need, helping them to overcome their past by providing them loving, educated foster homes, finding them their perfect forever home by means of a thorough adoption process, and guiding them on their journey into their new life. They all deserve a “good dog life… every single one of them.”

Warrior Dog Rescue will be a model rescue by partnering with overcrowded shelters that need to make room for more abandoned dogs. We will continue to educate others about responsible dog ownership in regards to safety, spay/neuter, nutrition, obedience, socializing, abuse, and neglect. We acknowledge that we will have a role in this industry to take the lead on providing awareness to others in the community and across the country. Every dog will know what it feels like to be loved till the end of their life.
