Meet Toto!!
Sweet, shy Toto is looking for his forever home! We don't know much about his past but it's safe to say he did not have a lot of human interaction. He's been with me a few months now and has come such a long way! He gets along well with all my other dogs. He loves to be outside so a fenced in yard is ideal. He has been fully vetted and housebroken. Yay! We are working on leash training. It will take him a bit to warm up to strangers so please have patience. We are guessing that he is around 5 or 6 years old. He appears to be a terrier (possibly border terrier) mix. He has the cutest little underbite and Justin Bieber hair! I'm guessing he is around 14 pounds.

Our dogs are currently in a foster homes which can answer your questions better than anyone else.
We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.

We are 100% volunteer powered. Volunteers process the applications and need time above their personal needs and full-time jobs to process the apps.

Our adoption fee is $300 which includes spay/neuter, DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies, HW check, and microchip.
Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee. Russell Rescue will try to first place our rescue dogs locally or in surrounding states.
Russell Rescue is not open to the public for visiting hours. We do not have a physical location of our own.
