Handsome youngster Cooper came to rescue because his elderly owner unable to care for him. He's a great boy -- sweet, happy, affectionate, playful! 1 year, 23 pounds, Cooper is energetic, needs a good bit of exercise. He's playful with other dogs and people; a good match for an active family with older children. He really enjoys outdoor time, walks well on a leash. Cooper is currently fostered near Birmingham, AL, can be transported to Philadelphia, PA or areas along thar route. Adoption fee $450. www.longdogsrescue.org/application
