Meet Chester! He is a 2-year-old male tabby with a lot of personality and charm. A big boy at a healthy weight of 14 pounds! Chester is intelligent, playful, and affectionate. He will let you know when he needs something with a meow and can be quite talkative at times. He loves to be the center of attention and wants lots of play and affection from his family. Difficult circumstances brought Chester back to us at POPP. He had a loving family for two years, but they had to give him up. Due to the sudden changes Chester was very cautious in his new foster home. Slowly building trust with him is an important step for any potential family, but the reward is the love and affection of a very sweet boy. Chester would do best with a patient family who can respect his boundaries while building trust. He is not a lap cat and does not enjoy being picked up and held. Chester has been around well-behaved cats and dogs and does just fine with a slow introduction. It is important to note that Chester has lived his entire life as an indoor-only cat! He loves to watch the outdoors through a window but needs to stay inside for his safety. Overall, Chester is a fabulous cat with a charming personality. He deserves a home where he can thrive. Chester has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. The adoption fee is $100 and includes a complimentary vet exam, coupons from PetSmart, and a gift bag from POPP.
