My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bella, she is a Yorkiepoo. She is a puppy mill rescue through: Tiny Paws Small Dog Rescue. And Bella is so very happy to be on the outside. When let out in the morning she will run my backyard to show how free she feels and happy.
She’s approximately 6-8yrs of age, about 12lbs. Her vetting will be done Sept 4th. and ready for adoption.
She is crate trained, still working on housebreaking. She does not like the leash yet.
She loves other dogs and wants to play with every dog she sees.
She will do great with another playful dog. She is also good with children.
Bella will need a fenced in yard.
Her dislikes are loud noises and quick movements right now as she is learning to trust people.
Bella is being foster in Milwaukee, WI by: Debi Pieske, contact info. Debi.Pieske@gmail.com or text me at (414) 651-1148

More about this rescue

Tiny Paws Small Dog Rescue was born out of my love for small dogs and desire to help those in need, and in memory of the loss of a dear family member. Dealing frequently with small breed puppies and retired breeder moms, we strive to find homes that are aware of the commitment to raising a small breed dog and to the patience needed in socializing and housebreaking a retired breeder mom who has no idea what life in a home is all about. We are foster home based and are always looking for new foster homes to help us continue our love of rescuing dogs in need. We are happy to assist in owner surrender placements, especially those in need of surrendering their small dogs due to financial hardships, loss of a loved one, or dog owner entering assisted living facilities or nursing homes. We pride ourselves with a thorough search for that perfect home for a dog in need and follow up with phone calls to ensure things are going well. Tiny Paws will take back an adopted dog should the need arise within a reasonable notice and an available foster home has an open spot. Our goal is to someday own a building to house even more canine companions in need. We look forward to helping you find your family pet.
