My name is Keeneland!

Meet Keeneland, AKA Frankie! This scruffy little man has so much love to give and is full of personality. He loves everyone around him and is a very easy-going & adaptable pup. He sleeps in the pen through the night without a peep & is amazing at walking over to his pee pad when he needs to go. While he is the biggest of his litter, Keeneland is expected to be a small adult. All he wants is to be next to you 24/7, which means he will occasionally cry when left alone - but he's good at self-soothing and putting himself to sleep after a little. At bedtime, however, he will take himself to bed inside his pen without a complaint :) He loves to play & explore, followed by a looong nap cuddled up on the couch!

Walking Manners: Walks great on a leash, with no pulling. He will occasionally get overwhelmed by the loud noises of the city as he's still a puppy, but he is getting more confident every day!
Appetite: Moderate/High
Favorite Things: cuddling with his humans, exploring, jumping like a kangaroo, shoelaces.  
Commands/Tricks: Sit, Stay

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
