I am Lucifer, also known as Louis, Lou, or Lou Lou. I do not live up to my name - I am not a devil in the slightest! Give me some time to acclimate and I will be a loyal companion. I love it when my foster scratches my head and neck (ah, yes, right there!) and I'm remembering that I like sitting in laps. I like to blink back when someone blinks at me - because I truly do like people. I love to play - I'm still a young kitty after all! - especially with wand toys. 

I can be nervous and cautious - please let me know when you're going to pet me, so that I'm not startled. When I am surprised, I may nip - almost always gently. I really don't mean to hurt you, but for this reason, I'd do best with older respectful children. As I gain more confidence, I will relax more. I need your patience to become the sweet, loving, trusting cat that I know lies within. 

I'd do best as an only cat , at least until I feel at home. I'm curious about cats, but I'm not sure my sensitive nerves can tolerate them right now. Perhaps I'd do ok with an older laid back cat, as long as we have slow introductions.

I am 1 year old and in very good health. Need a sweet boy who is learning more about love every day?
