Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Thomas was born around Jun 25, 2024. He, along with his litter mates, was living among granite boulders in west Prescott and was trapped at about 6 weeks of age. Thomas is the only boy in the litter, a gorgeous medium/long-hair orange tabby. Thomas is very bold and enjoys exploring and plopping himself down pretty much anywhere, so watch your feet! He enjoys being petted all over and will often flip on his back for a belly scratch. Thomas is very protective of his food, much more so than his sisters. He is very good using a litter box. Thomas was raised in a foster home that included an adult dog and cat. If interested in Thomas or his sister Jaime, Please inquire through this site or Cattyshackrescue.org.
Yavapai County residents only please.
If you were born 1955 or before, please do not apply for a kitten

More about this rescue
We are a 501(c)(3) non profit group of unpaid volunteers who have come together to rescue cats from the street. Our group rescues cats already in trouble through abandonment. We saw a need in our community for cats on the street with no advocates to be helped through sheltering, spay/neuter and placement in homes of their own.
