My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rory
Domestic Shorthair, Born in June 2011, Orange Tabby, Neutered male
Meow there, humans! I'm Rory, a distinguished gentleman in my golden years looking for my forever home. Picture this: a cozy lap to curl up on, gentle hands to stroke my fur, and a loving human to share my days with. That's the dream!

Now, I may sound like a grumpy old man (you should hear me meow - I've been told I sound like I'm yelling 'Get off my lawn!'), but don't let that fool you. I'm actually a sweet old boy with a heart of gold. I may not be into rough-housing or wild play sessions, but I'm a champion snuggler and world-class lap warmer.

My ideal day? Lounging around, getting brushed, and watching cat videos on the computer. Yes, you read that right - I'm a bit of a tech-savvy senior!

I'm looking for a gentle soul who appreciates the finer things in life - like soft pets, warm cuddles, and quiet companionship. If you're seeking a loving, low-key companion who's always up for a good cuddle, I might just be your perfect match.

So, what do you say? Want to adopt a charming old chap and help me write the next chapter of my nine lives? I promise to fill your home with purrs, love, and maybe a few grumpy-old-man meows for good measure!

Dogs receive a Heartworm Check, Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, Canine Flu Vaccine, deworming, and Kennel Cough preventative. Our modest adoption fees do not cover the procedures and vet work that we provide the animals. We fundraise to make up the difference.
