My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mufasa, the king of cuteness!

This 3-month-old, 15 lb Shepherd mix is as smart as he is social, and he's ready to bring some royal love into your life! He is also super handsome and just the sweetest thing!

Raised with his equally adorable siblings (all named after *The Lion King* characters), Mufasa is a quick learner and loves to please. Whether he’s mastering new tricks or snuggling up for a cuddle, this little guy is all about love and loyalty.

Ready to welcome a future king into your home?

More about this rescue

The Gals Best Pal Rescue Mission is to be a voice for the voiceless as it advocates for the dogs in its care while finding them safe, suitable, caring homes. The organization works with likeminded partners across the country and throughout the state of Massachusetts to rescue unwanted animals experiencing neglect, abuse, homelessness or at risk of euthanasia. The rescue also strives to make a difference for many unwanted dogs from different unfortunate situations. It does this by providing nurturing foster homes, promoting the importance of responsible dog ownership and, most importantly, spaying and neutering every dog that comes through the rescue as it aims to cut back on the overpopulation crisis occurring in many shelters and rescues across the nation.
