Miss Marvel is a sweet and fun dog who is ready for some fun and relaxation while recovering from giardia.

Reason for Foster: Giardia is a parasite that can cause diarrhea.

Foster Time Frame: 3 Days (Vet exam 9/16)

Foster Care Plan: Miss Marvel is being treated for giardia. Giardia can be contagious to other animals. Keeping Miss Marvel's sleeping and play area clean of fecal debris can reduce the risk of transmission. Animals can pass giardia to humans, but the chance of that is rare. Miss Marvel will go home with medication and will have a recheck scheduled with the medical team when their medication has completed. We will provide supplies and a medical consultation at pickup so you are fully prepared to care for this sweetie.
