Bio: Jackie has been starting to settle in after a couple of days. She is still a little flighty, but not as bad as when she first arrived. She has made friends with one of the resident pups, so we think she would benefit from another dog in the home to help her adjust and be more confident. Jackie has been loving her play time and even ventured out of her comfort zone to explore the rest of the house. Her favorite place to play is in the kennel with her buddy even though all doors are open. She will need continued work on potty training as she has had a couple accidents. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved.

Submit Application

Home Check

We ask for a virtual home tour (pictures or videos) Can be submitted through the application or when we contact.

3.
Interview

We will discuss what your looking for and if the current pet fits that or match you with someone who does . Done via phone.

4.
Approve Application

There is 3 days from time of approved app to determine a meet and greet

5.
Meet the Pet

All household members must be present and any current dogs.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Fee is paid. Adoption photo (if adopter is okay with ) is taken

7.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We keep our applications on file for a year. We try very hard for the best match all around. Definitely can switch the dog you applied for if a better fit is found.

We are a foster based rescue so unles we have am adoption event (usually hosted at appleton petsmart) we require an approved application on file to make an appointment to see whom interests you.
