My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tiger is a 1-year-old Shepherd with a stunning brindle coat and the most adorable long, pointy bunny ears you’ve ever seen. This sensitive soul is looking for a calm, patient home where he can continue to grow into the confident and affectionate companion he’s meant to be.

Tiger thrives with a thoughtful approach when meeting new people, but once he feels safe, his vibrant personality shines. He’ll greet you with tail wags and enthusiasm, ready to shower you with affection. He loves stuffy toys, learning new tricks, and spending quality time with his humans.

A home without young children would be ideal for Tiger, as he can feel overwhelmed by their energy. He would absolutely love a confident doggie sibling to show him the ropes and help him build his confidence as he navigates the world.

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who’s eager to learn and grow with you, Tiger might be your perfect match. Come meet him today and let this brindle beauty hop his way into your heart!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
