Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Lucky & Dewey are bonded 2 year old brothers (born 6/6/2022) who must be adopted together. They are litter mates who have always been together and they spend their days cuddling, grooming, and playing with each other so separating them is not an option.
Lucky is the very sleek handsome black cat and Dewey is the striking grey boy. They both have gorgeous golden eyes that are so nice to look into. Both of these very sweet boys love to be petted and their previous mom says it’s like it’s the first time they have ever been petted each time because they enjoy it so much. They want to be near their person as much as possible while checking out everything that is happening and following their person around to see how they can help.
As curious young cats, Lucky and Dewey will appreciate having windows to look out and toys to play with. They love carrying around little stuffed mice and chasing each other for fun. They will need a scratching post and are good about using it. A little scratching board and some favorite toys will go with them to their new home as well as a few other supplies.
Lucky is a little bit more independent and more timid when visitors arrive than Dewey but they both love to sit with you and be petted and they enjoy kneading while they are being petted. For visitors that they know, they will happily greet them but if someone new arrives, it may take a little bit before they realize it’s safe but when they do, they will happily come out for pets and attention.
They have never lived with other cats, dogs, or children so we don’t know how they would do with any of those but perhaps with a proper slow introduction it may be okay. As long as these two boys have each other and humans to love on them, they will be happy!
Lucky and Dewey are pretty quiet cats and very rarely meow. Dewey doesn’t mind being brushed and Lucky will let you brush him but he isn’t a huge fan. Neither cat has an aggressive bone in their bodies and they are just the biggest sweethearts. They will tolerate being picked up but don’t prefer to be held for very long. Both boys will want to sleep in bed with you if you will allow it.
Ask us about these two handsome young, playful, loving boys! Two cats are always better than one and they are ready to join your home today.
