A few weeks ago, Nacho, his momma Megan, and his six littermates were found living outside under a home in rural Texas. Thankfully, a good Samaritan reached out to SNARR, allowing us to rescue the family and bring them to New York for a second chance at a happy life.

Each puppy in Megan’s litter is a delightful blend of playfulness, friendliness, and sweet affection. Whether they’re chasing a ball, romping around the yard with their siblings, or cuddling up for a nap, these adorable puppies are sure to win your heart.

Nacho is a very sweet boy. He loves to play with his momma and littermates outside, and is quick to cuddle up next to his foster family. He has medium energy for a pup, playful and fun but also quite gentle. He seems to like everyone he meets, people and four legged friends.

Every day is a new adventure for these pups as they explore their world, learn new things, and grow.

As a young pup, Nacho needs a family who can offer him the time, love, and attention he deserves. He would thrive in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
