Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Why so SIRIUS?! Who doesn’t love an orange and white cat with a serious look like Sirius? This little guy and this sister, Nebula were found living outside of an abandoned house after their mother was abandoned and left to get pregnant. They were born in the weeds and learned at a very young age how to survive. Sirius is a social little guy, and it doesn’t take long for him to come out of his shell. Sirius was in foster care from the age of 3-4 weeks old to he was 16 weeks old. Sirius was in foster care with his siste, Nebula and during that time he learned to socialize with young and old cats. Sirius is an indoor cat, litter box trained, and ready for adoption! If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Our adoption process is made up of two parts. Upon a decision to adopt an animal we require an application for adoption that asks questions such as housing and veterinary references. We then check references and may require a home visit. Upon approval you will fill out a contract for adoption and pay the adoption fees. Adoption fees are based on age and vetting required.
