Meet Gus, a handsome 3-year old love-bug with a heart as big as his playful spirit! He is a wiggly and happy boy, and when it’s time to play, Gus loves to munch on his favorite bones and play fetch with tennis balls. When it’s time for a nap, he loves nothing more than snuggling up next to his humans and getting endless belly rubs.
Gus is house trained and currently mastering the art of crate training. He’s a smart boy and quick to learn, especially when treats are involved. He has already mastered ‘sit’ and ‘shake’! Gus would thrive in a home with no other pets or in the company of more submissive dogs that can balance out his push-and-pull play style.

Come visit us and meet our wonderful adoptable pets! All adoptions are first come, first serve. All pets in the shelter must be adopted in person at 1818 North Westmoreland Road.

You must be 18 years-old to adopt a pet.

When picking up your new pet, please bring your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.
