Tommy has lived almost 3 years of his life in the shelters and boarding. Most recently living in a crate 23 hours a day before being surrendered to PCACC. Through all of this Tommy is resilient! If you are looking for a polite walking partner Tommy is your guy. Great leash manners and overall mellow tempermant. Tommy love to play fetch, is house broken, crate trained and dog friendly. Tommy would do best in a home without small children.
