She’d absolutely light up with a dog sibling who can match her joyful energy and keep up with her playful spirit. But here’s the part that really tugs at me: Holly has spent nearly her whole life hoping, watching, waiting for her family to come. She’s patient, potty trained, and endlessly friendly. We want to ensure a lifelong placement for the rescued animal so at Second Chance Dog Rescue Mansfield we do our best to match potential adopters with their perfect pet. Our adoption process includes an initial application, with a home visit, references and vet checks. If the match is a good one, we then finalize the adoption and wish you happy tails. We are always available to help with the transition to a new home. We check in during the first few weeks to answer any questions or help with any issues. We also love hearing you brag about your new adopted fur baby and love getting updates throughout the year.

We partner with local rescues to stop the neglect and animal abuse happening in our community everyday. We are committed to training, rehabilitating, and caring for the dogs at our facility so they have a second chance to thrive with a forever family.
