Meet Shiggles, the ultimate snuggle buddy! This little purr machine will melt your heart with his affection. Shiggles loves to climb onto your chest and soak up all the love he can get. If you’re not giving him enough attention, he’ll gently nudge your face with his nose until he’s nose-to-nose with you—he just can’t resist getting close! Be prepared for some sweet drool when he’s especially happy, and don't be surprised if he grooms your face before bedtime.

Shiggles is also full of playful energy, enjoying every toy, human, and fellow cat that comes his way. His best friend is Rigatoni, and together they make a dynamic duo of fun. Shiggles is a talkative little guy, and he isn’t shy about letting you know when he wants some extra love. If you’re looking for a cat who will fill your life with joy, cuddles, and playful antics, Shiggles is your guy!

Prior to adoption, all kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, vaccinated and microchipped. Kittens under 5 months old must be adopted with a buddy or into a house where there's a kitten-friendly pet.

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization dedicated to saving local at-risk shelter pets from the San Jose Animal Care Center. Our goal is to give adoptable animals a chance to shine in a casual and relaxed environment, and expand opportunity for adoptions, thereby reducing the euthanasia rate in Silicon Valley. The Dancing Cat also seeks to create a community of cat lovers by providing a place for fun social and educational events.
