Fee: $200, or $300 for 2 kittens. Our kittens come vet checked, spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and preventative treatment for fleas/ticks/worms.

About Me: One of the volunteers of the rescue had a friend with a mom and kittens at a farm. That's how Blossom, Buttercup, and Bubbles came to us and these spunky girls are confident and adventurous kittens. Buttercup is a loyal and silly kitten who loves hanging out with her siblings! She is super playful, but out of her litter, she is probably the biggest sweetheart. She absolutely loves attention and to be cuddled. Once playtime is over, she is always the one who wants to be held. We have not had her around any dogs, but we think she would do okay with a proper introduction.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

In order to meet/play with the cats/kittens an approved application is required. Approved applications are good for up to 6 months.

2.
Interview

Some cats/kittens require a meet and greet, but some cats/kittens can go home as soon as the application is approved! (By appointment)

3.
Take the Pet Home

After paperwork is filled out the adoption process is complete and you can take home your new cat or kitten!

Additional adoption info

We require an approved application in order to meet the cats and kittens in our care. That includes our off site adoption locations. If your application is approved you can meet the cats in our care at their foster home or Best Pets in Antioch IL.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to help end cat homelessness by adopting cats to suitable homes while educating on the importance of spaying and neutering.
At Gutter Cat Adoptions we believe all cats, even those found in the gutter, deserve the best care, nutrition and most of all a home!

Adoption Fees:
Young kittens: $250 for one or $350 for two
Older Kittens: $200 for one or $300 for two
Adult Cats: $150 for one or $250 for two

Currently the majority of our funding comes from adoption fees. All our our adoption fee's help cover cost of running a rescue such as medical bills, food, litter, enrichment, cleaning supplies and more!
