From the Foster Family: Moses has really come a long way since moving up from Alabama. He is smart and very eager to please his people. Moses catches on to new commands quickly and is learning to walk nicely on a leash. He is very food-motivated, so with consistent training and lots of peanut butter, there is likely nothing he can’t do! Moses currently lives with 2 other dogs and is generally a good member of the pack but does appreciate a separate kennel area to decompress and eat his meals. He has just the right amount of energy to be a great family dog or companion for a solo owner. Moses likes to go for car rides and would make an ideal road-trip buddy!
Please don't let this scare you away...Our Moses has a condition called Pulmonic Stenosis which means his right ventricle in his heart is a little more narrow causing the left ventricle to work a little harder to pump. He has seen a specialist twice over several months to observe for changes and there have been no changes or findings and he does not need any medications or other interventions. He's a healthy happy dog.
About Me: Did somebody say snuggles?! If you are looking for the perfect friend that is always ready for Petflix and chill, I am your guy. I love nothing better than to curl up next to a human and cuddle all night. Well, the only thing I might like more is chasing a ball and playing fetch, but once I am tired out from that, I am all about the cozy vibes. Work from home? Great! I am the perfect size to fit under your desk and snooze. But if you do have to go to work (boo!) I am comfortable hanging out in my crate until you get home too. I sleep well in my crate, but if you let me up on the bed, I will make sure your feet are never cold. Really, I am the total package!
