Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Stardust is a beautiful Harlequin with a wonderful coat of incredibly soft fur. She is very calm, quiet and a bit timid around people at first, but will come out of her tunnel for craisin as payment for pets. She prefers to be on her own right now but will likely bloom with a forever home and family that she can learn to trust. Stardust is in a foster home with two Labradors and a kitten and is not afraid of any of them. She loves salad and Oxbow pellets, and will even calmly lay in your lap for her nail trims. Her foster reports that she does like to chew on carpet and blankets so has her on a hard type of flooring. If you have room in your heart and home for this sweet girl, she will make you her family once she comes to realize you are perfect for her. She is 8 months old, 5 lbs. and has been spayed, vaccinated against the Rabbit Hemorrhagic Virus, microchipped, and litter box trained.

More about this rescue
Alamo City House Rabbits is a 501(c)(3) education and rescue group established in October 2015. ACHR exists to support those in the San Antonio area who share their home and life with rabbits as indoor companions. Domestic rabbits are intelligent and social animals that for too long have been misunderstood and confined to backyard hutches. They are the third most abandoned companion animal in the United States.
Alamo City House Rabbits promotes education and outreach to increase awareness of rabbits as spayed or neutered indoor-only pets. We fully support the philosophy and principles of the House Rabbit Society, a national companion rabbit advocacy and rescue group established in 1988.
Members of Alamo City House Rabbits act as fosterers for rescued rabbits during the time they are spayed/neutered, learn to use a litter box, and adjust to their new lives as indoor companions.
