My name is Casper!

Casper is going to be 4 years old in November. I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old. We love him so much and wanted to grow old with him but unfortunately we need to upgrade our apartment since our family is growing. We need to stay within a certain budget and area and no one will accept him in any of the apartments we applied to. They will only allow small dogs that’s if they do and he’s 80 something pounds. He’s a very sweet boy and very loving and energetic. Protective will bark only though never bites or attacks he’s honestly the best and it breaks my heart to have to rehome him but we don’t have another choice.
