Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Grace is a beautiful chocolate beagle with an adorably sweet face! The vet estimated that she is 4 years old, though her foster mom suspects she’s younger. She gets along well with her 2 foster beagle brothers, though she can be a tad possessive of food and attention from the humans. Grace is very affectionate and loves to snuggle. She’s playful with the other dogs, but also enjoys a nap in the sunshine. She likes being outdoors and walks well on a leash.

Her foster parents have had to work with her on house-training, though she has made improvement with daily walks. She’d be a good candidate for a doggie door and/or crate training. She’s shown no destructive behaviors and sleeps through the night on the couch or in bed with her foster family. Known at the Beagle Bungalow as an escape artist, a secure, fenced yard is a must. She doesn’t bark much, though she has a surprisingly deep bay when she has something to say.

Grace tested positive for heartworms at intake, has completed her course of medication, and will go to her new home with several months of Advantage Multi. Otherwise, she is a healthy and happy girl weighing in at about 30 pounds. Grace would be a great match for an experienced owner looking for a younger beagle with lots of love to give!
