Pacer is an 8 month old intact male German Shepherd. He was found under his owner's car and his owner nicely took him in but is unable to keep him due to having too many pets of their own. Here is what his owner says:
I found pacer at my job. He was under my car and was shaking and scared and refused to move for hours. I decided to take him home and nurse him back to health, knowing that it would always be temporary until we could find him a better home, we currently have two female pit bulls and a third German shepherd male was not in our Ability for long-term. We also have four cats and pacer is very curious about them, but they do not appreciate his attention so for these reasons, we are trying to find him a better suited home. He is adorable and sweet and wants to do good and please his owner , he is silly and prances and is working on not jumping up so much but he gets excited because he has not had a good life and not had love from the previous owner. The perfect person to adopt pacer will be someone who is very loving and patient and good with giving orders. He has a healthy appetite and will get larger so the person will also want a big dog. He does very well with other dogs and runs and plays with them not aggressive at all. But the perfect home would not have cats. he seems to do well with children. We have never seen him be aggressive. He is very very sweet.
