Linus is one smart, confident, and active pup! This young mixed breed pup is as cute as they come. He is working on his puppy manners and basic obedience. Due to his confidence this little guy will require an owner that has prior experience with dogs and consistent training. He loves playing fetch and chasing sticks. Linus is 95% house trained and 100% crate trained. He loves bones, squeaky toys and stuffed animals. He gets along great with other dogs (he currently lives with three adult dogs) and does okay with cats (he occasionally barks and tries to play with them). He's a great dog that is ready for a family of his own! Linus will need a fenced yard and older (12+) children. appears to be very smart. DOB 6/27/24 24 Pounds and growing

Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows.
Pet Refuge is a volunteer based shelter, learn more about us on our website - petrefuge.com or send an email to webmaster@petrefuge.com or leave a message at 574-231-1122.
We are always recruiting new volunteers. Our volunteers work hard and also have family and jobs away from Pet Refuge, we ask for your patience in correspondence.
