Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Annie is the sweetest, most loveable girl. She weighs 35 lbs and is approximately 1 year old – she is full grown.
This gentle girl is quite calm and has the best manners. She is not very active, but would rather hang out, watch TV, relax on the couch and just be with her humans.
Annie has a wiry, soft coat and she sheds very minimally, almost not at all.
She is crate trained and house trained. Annie does very well in her crate and doesn’t cry when she’s in there. She finds it to be her safe spot from the other doggies in the home.
The foster believes she would do wonderful with well-behaved children, but she’s such a gentle girl, she would not fit well in an active home or a home with very active children. She loves all the children and all adults she has met!
The foster has multiple other dogs, and she does great with all of them (refer to video), big and small. She has been cat tested and she is more scared of them than they are of her. She could live happily in a home with other doggies and kitties.
Annie is learning how to walk on a leash, she is a bit scared of it. Usually when dogs are nervous around leashes it’s because of lack of exposure to them. The foster is working with her on her leash training, but it will take time for her to become comfortable with one.
Overall, Annie is an amazing dog. She would make a wonderful companion for a more low-key home, or a family wanting a calmer dog. Annie LOVES her humans, and she is always so excited to be around people. She thinks she’s a lap dog and will quietly try to sneak her way into your lap without you noticing.
Annie will make a loyal, loving and trustworthy companion for the perfect family. She is full of such joy and happiness, and she will no doubt bring that into your heart and home if you give her a chance.
