Meet Eloise, a gentle soul with a heart full of love. Her sweet disposition is a balm for the weary, and her intelligence is a delight to behold. She's friendly to all, always ready with a wagging tail and a cheerful bark. Despite having an old hip injury Eloise is relaxed and comfortable. She may need some allergy medication for her sensitive skin. Her resilience and positivity are truly inspiring. She's smart too, and can be a little mouthy. All that sass is easily dispersed with some treats and a walk. She's the perfect companion for anyone seeking a loyal, loving, and intelligent friend. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County.
