My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Remi and two other dogs were surrendered when their owner was told by the landlord no more dogs allowed. Remi is a friendly, lovable boy. He is good with other dogs. We do not know what he thinks about cats. This little fellow is just 5 months old and a mighty 9 pounds. Please help Remi find the loving home he deserves.

Update: Remi tested positive for anaplasmosis, another common tick borne disease similar to Lyme's. He is currently on a short course of oral antibiotic. Remin is currently available for adoption and any remaining pills will be sent home with his new family for completion.

***You must provide a vet reference for a current or past pet you have/had.***

We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).

Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Remi's adoption fee is $450. This covers all their age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting.

**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
