My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please read the ENTIRE description to see if this darling girl would be a perfect fit, where she’s located, and who to contact if still interested.

Pebbles is the sweetest soul. She’s 12 years of age, between 15-17 pounds, and is part Terrier/Schnauzer/Werewolf depending on the season and the grooming LOL! This girl is extremely well-behaved and in fantastic health. She’s spunky, house-trained, does wonderful with other dogs, loves to go on walks, hikes, drives, and be your shadow through it all. She can bark at noises, strangers, cars, air, and sometimes guys. She will also let you know if she doesn’t like you. But she’s a dog, and that’s what dogs do. She isn’t aggressive in any way, loves bones, her homemade soft meals & treats, and has such an awesome outlook on life. Pebbles is not a lapdog type of dog, can be VERY independent, and truly enjoys the freedom of the outdoors. But she’ll still prefer sleeping in bed with you… and will always be your best friend and soulmate.

We are looking for someone to give her the fabulous furever she’s always deserved. Cats will be a no-no in this case, but we feel that Pebbs will do amazing with teenagers (and older) who want to spoil her to the max. Singles and couples who are ready to share their everything with her are also her vibe. As noted, she can be a barker – also suffers from separation anxiety – can be an escape artist – and is used to being around other doggy siblings. Therefore, we will only place her in a home where (1) you don’t mind that she barks (2) must be active with your pets (3) at least one person in the family must be a stay-at-home something (4) must have a yard with high secured fencing (5) no crating (6) must be okay with serving her a soft food diet 90% of the time (7) must have at least 1 other doggy for her to connect with (8) and must have the patience, understanding, and dedication with her separation issues (no medication). We know that every experience is different and can be attributed to the environment and energy. But being that we only want the best for Pebbs, a phone interview will be mandatory in order to make sure it’s a great match.

Her adoption fee is $200 and she is being fostered north of Pecos, NM (surrounding area of Santa Fe). Please contact @fureversoulmates@yahoo.com directly.

Please note that Pebbles is a courtesy listing and does not belong to MMSDR although we have met her and she is super sweet.
