My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beagle mix, 100% party girl - but Kenji Alexia`s version of a party would be a quiet, laid back home! Loves other dogs, will do anything for a treat, but can be fearful with new people. She would prefer to party with adults and older children.

@vcanimalservices

Meet pretty rave girl Kenji-Alexia ?? Beagle mix, 100% party girl. She loves other dogs, but can be defensive when fearful or overwhelmed with people. She would prefer to party with adults or older children! Find her posted to vcas.us/dogs!

More about this shelter

Ventura County Animal Services (VCAS) operates two shelters within the county. The large main shelter in Camarillo houses over 400 pets and the administrative offices. Our smaller facility in Simi Valley houses nearly 40 pets at a time.

Each year, Ventura County Animal Services cares for more than 10,000 animals. Our goal is to reunite lost pets with their owners and find life-long homes for as many animals as possible, while providing proper care during their stay.
