Rosie is a fun-loving sweetheart. She loves people and other dogs, but those things called kitties are a little scary, although she hasn't spent much time with them. She is still new to her foster home but she is learning the schedule and how to be cuddly on the couch. She is great in her kennel while her family is away and at night to sleep even though she protests at first. She is a strong girl and can pull on her leash, but she is also very treat motivated and loves to learn so she is getting better every day and would greatly benefit from continued training. She does not live with kids right now, so she would need training and direct supervision with younger kids as she can get jumpy and not understand her size. She is also learning how to take treats gentle so it would be important to be cautious and aware as she is learning. In her defense though, she came to her foster home very skinny so she doesn't understand yet that she will never have to go hungry again. She would love to meet you!!
Rosie is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
