My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It’s usually best to avoid close encounters with grizzly bears, but this is the exception! You should definitely ignore the advice of the park rangers and approach this Grizzly Bear with treats!! Grizzly Bear is a handsome, happy boy who is ready to hibernate with you all year long. Here’s what one volunteer said:

“Grizzly Bear is a curious boy wanting to say hi to all the volunteers/staff walking by his kennel. He’s cuddly after getting some of his energy out in a yard. He’s a loving dog needing a calm place to decompress.”

Grizzly Bear spent a few days in a home where he reportedly did well with kids and small dogs. He was described as affectionate, playful and protective.

Grizzly Bear has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to ensure it’s a good fit. Ask about Grizzly Bear today!
