My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mochi might be a bit shy when introduced to a new home or a stranger. But fortunately she is very food motivated, and only needs a few minutes to warm up. After that, she will reveal her true self to you - a lap cat. She is a purring machine, enjoys massage time and play time, and loves to follow people everywhere.

Before she was rescued, Mochi lived in a backyard with her Siamese mom and her siblings. The house owner couldn't feed them any more and asked us to find a good home for them.

Mochi is friendly to older kids and other cats. She will thrive in a quieter home with fewer visitors.

Mochi is currently living in Mountain View, CA 94040

Additional adoption info

Please follow the "More information & application" link at the bottom of a cat's story, which will take you to our website where you'll see an "Adopt" link to the online application. The foster home will contact you directly to see if there is a match between you and the cat and arrange for you to meet. Only applications from the San Francisco Bay Area can be considered.

Our recommendation is that the foster home charge an adoption fee and execute an adoption contract.
