My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi

My name is Poppy, and I'm a German Shepherd mix puppy, about 4 months old and I have a heart full of love and a spirit ready to soar. I may have had a rough start in life, but I'm looking forward to a bright future with a family who will cherish me forever.

I was rescued from a difficult situation along with my brother and sister, and we were all brought to animal control because it was safer for us there. The nice people at the animal control arranged for us to go to Central Arizona Animal Rescue. The kind folks here have taken great care of me. I've been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, so I'm all set and ready to join my new family.

Despite my rough past, I'm a bundle of joy and energy. I love to play, explore, and cuddle. My favorite activities include playing in the water and making mud puddles, learning new tricks, and snuggling up for a nap after a fun-filled day. I'm eager to please and quick to learn, so I'll be a great companion for someone who enjoys training and spending time with their furry friend.

I'm looking for a loving home where I can feel safe and cherished. I promise to fill your days with laughter, love, and loyalty. If you have other pets, that's great! I get along well with other dogs and would love to have a playmate. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will grow up to be a strong and loving protector, I'm your boy.

I'm currently staying at Central Arizona Animal Rescue, waiting for my forever family to find me. If you think we could be a perfect match, please email mike@caaronline.org to set up an appointment to meet me.

I can't wait to meet you and start our new adventure together!

With love and puppy kisses
