Frodo is an absolute love bug (weighing in at 8.5lbs)! He loves to snuggle and give kisses. Frodo's favorite part of his day is playing with his fur siblings. He's great with dogs of all sizes and cats. He is also house and kennel trained! Frodo is the perfect package! He is being fostered in San Antonio Texas and is available for transport throughout the US and Canada.
