My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

THIS IS A COURTESY POSTING. If you are interested in meeting Monty PLEASE EMAIL cddpetcare@gmail.com directly. Thank you!

Introducing Monty, a 4-year-old charmer named after the dashing classic move star Montgomery Clift. With his striking blue point coloring and stunning pale blue eyes, this 17-pound guy is a classic beauty. But it’s not just his looks that make him a star—Monty has a confident, friendly personality that wins over everyone he meets. He’s the first to greet new people, making them feel instantly at ease. Monty gets along well with other cats, making him the perfect addition to any feline-friendly household. If you’re looking for a cat who’s as charismatic as a Hollywood leading man, Monty is ready for his close-up in your home!

Monty is being fostered in Torrance/Redondo Beach CA and that is where he would meet you. Email cddpetcare@gmail.com to meet him!

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is designed to help us set up safe and successful adoptions. Most of the time, we will only place our rescued pets in the Los Angeles area. View our cats and dogs online and apply for the pet of your choice: The application process is not meant to be an invasion of privacy. It’s a tool to help us find out if one of our cats or dogs would fit happily into your home and your lifestyle. We respond to applications within 48 hours. Completion of an application does not guarantee adoption.

Go meet their pets

Rescue Train animals are seen by appointment only. If your application is approved, you will be contacted to meet the animal at a convenient time. Because we do home checks we only do local adoptions around the LA area. We do not ship pets.
