My name is Bella!

Bella is a beautiful dog that loves to chew on bones and lounge around the house. Does not like car rides, but tolerates them. Loves to go on walks and has to stop and smell everything. A leash is a must or she will take off… does come back eventually. Her favorite place to sleep is under the bed, but also enjoys sucking on dog beds while she sleeps on them. My husband and I rescued her when she was 1 years old. It was just the two of us with two other dogs and she transitioned great. Since then we have had a kid and she tolerates until she’s had enough. She snips and gets defensive with food. She definitely needs her space and doesn’t like kids in her face. We have thought her a few things to help with this. She is a very protective and loving dog and we believe she would thrive in an environment that didn’t have kids or they are older than 10 (understanding of space) and all the attention is on her.
