Wags Rescue welcomes Optimus!
The most handsome boy!
He was lingering in the local shelter hoping an owner would surface. They didn’t!
Optimus a wonderful lab who is very mannerly.
He loves his foster family and all the other dogs. He does wonderful on his leash and is crate trained. He knows a few basic commands as well.
He's now neutered, hw negative and microchipped. He is now current on all vaccines and once adopted, will go home with a full year of hw preventions and flea meds.
He weighs 61 lbs and needs about 5 more lbs added.

More about this rescue

We are a 501(c)(3) rescue who helps keep dogs out of the shelters as well as pull as many as we can from all local and surrounding shelters. WAGS rescue stands for Wayne and Glynn Surrounding rescue. We see the need daily to save lives and we are busy keeping dogs from dying. We are licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. All animals are fully vetted and in home foster homes.
