My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi Howie!! Hound lovers, don't miss out on this big squishy lady! Howie found herself an orphan after her owner sadly passed away and no next of kin could take her in. Despite that, she has a bright and loving personality that shines through. Miss Howie would love a family that will spoil and cherish her like she deserves. She definitely has some hound dog tendencies, so breed experience and a secure fenced yard is a must. We think Howie would do fine with older kids as she can be a little timid at times, and she doesn't seem to mind other dogs at all. Like a lot of us, Howie has a couple extra pounds she could use a hand shedding. She is a young "senior" at about 7yrs, and will definitely need someone who can keep her active and healthy.
If you have a hound-shaped hole in your heart, stop by and ask to meet Howie soon!
